Each team will have a short overview, Expected Lineup, and Tier rating. Enjoy!
Division 2A
Manchester Park
The tiers of Division 2A are slightly skewed because of some retard romanians deciding to disband their team (which would make D1 playoffs) and joining an already strong D2 team. gj drago. Not much I can say about this except fuck Ivo for stealing the D2 title from Fix Us already. And im sure your players are happy that 2 starting spots are gone instantly as well. Matched Blackout for 13 mins 58 seconds just to get benched. Latvian oc

Watchers
Watchers classic Div2 team, maybe they can surprise and be playoff contenders. Last season a similar squad of players disbanded so as long as they stay together issa improvement.

Kohlen Atlar
Also a team that disbanded last season due to some pesky Azerbaijani war are Kohlen Atlar, who are being given another chance. Prior to the disband they were a bit of a shambles anyway but their squad has been strengthened and hopefully they can make something out of their season this time.

Haukka Helsingfors
Haukka are a chill team of chill players and depending on some key players showing up, they could actually be a problem for the other teams of the conference, especially excelinho. Overall a perfect team for the 2nd division and strong playoff contenders too as their players grow in this mode.

Emperors
To be honest I have no clue about Emperors and have never seen any of their players. The two players who most of us did know, Domino and maksiu left, so we have yet to see what this team can bring to BFF. So here is a very wild guess at a predicted lineup:

Academy
Academy / Akademia have been very impressive so far, losing narrowly to R!OT (illegally using splat..) in the group stage. While they are relatively unknown to most so far, they could easily be a top 5 team this season.

Deportivo La Chickeno
Some names who are well known in the polish community I believe, and a mix of some players from last season's polish teams. They performed decently in preseason, getting the better of a strong Brexit Slavs team (for bslavs standards). Remains to see if they call pull off results like that all season.

C Tier
R!OT
R!OT a team of RS wafflers and then nabil who may going inactive, they will easily make playoffs once again with the tekkerz of somalian and the autism of drix but unfortunately there's no way they take the title off Manchester Park with the current lineups of both teams. Still good quality for D2 and could see them fight well for promotion.

Raiders
As of writing Raiders have yet to post their lineup !! So I cant judge fully the potential / starting lineup of this team. However they have a nice squad of yung players, including vesy, Eijun, n1ght, PedroM and of course zDog. They will perform well throughout the season and are the closest team to R!OT as of now.

Runners Up
The big hyped Champions B team, not sure why anyone could make a new team but still wants to be connected to TheGoal le fou. Anyhow, it's not a bad squad as far as D2 squads go. Some old players from the Season 2 Pastéis de Belém squad who narrowly missed playoffs, and then some other decently skilled players who don't yet have much a reputation in BFF (inshalla piano player doesnt lag)
If things go well for this team they could easily finish top 4 of this conference.

Smile HC
Despite the fact that win made himself a meme in BFF, I like the team he created. Although HC Smile are expected to be one of the weakest teams in the conference, I won't be surprised if they do sneak into playoff promotion as the 5th or 6th place as long as cr7,chicao and bk show to most of the games.

Fix Us
Been awhile since this team have all played together regularly. Alot of talent in the team when at their best, with quite abit of history in previous seasons. Favourites for sure to make it to the finals in a tough conference.

Energypot Wizards
Energypot Wizards surprised everyone with their impressive preseason campaign despite getting destroyed by Gamba Osaka in the opening game. Will be interesting to see how the Balkans do in most peoples opinion, the more competitive conference out of the two.

B Tier
Shiganshina
This will be an interesting team to follow this season. They play friendlies nearly everyday but only a handful of players show on certain days from my experience in playing against them. I can see the team struggling figuring out their main lineup but the talent is there. Could surprise people and make it through to the next stage.

D Tier
Brexit Slavs
This could be the first time in nearly 2 years that Slavs could actually do something special. Picking up Mish was big play by the team and as majority of the teams in the conference advance to the next stage, There is no excuse for Slavs to miss out into making playoffs. Deniz will need to be active come playoff time.

C Tier
Who Asked
Everyone's favourite team, for sure would be S Tier if the ranking where based of team names. After losing all 4 games in their group during preseason, the team went out and got decent players to add any chance of making it through to the next round

Varna
Despite not being able to play much in the pre-season due to a couple of disbands in their group, Varna is still a decent team who will be fighting for a high place finish in the regular season to gain a more favourable match-up in the playoff stage.

Moardam
(formerly Old Team)
Didn't get to see much from this team in preseason due to couple of teams disbanding in their group. I expect this team to be a wildcard, upsetting some teams because the talent in there but didn't get to show it in the only 2 games they had in preseason.

Firma Bublowlana
After losing in last seasons playoffs in a disappointing way, the team has returned to hoping to win it all this time round. I believe Firma has the second best chance of making it to finals to play the winner of other conference.

A Tier
Ghouls
A talented team that played poor in preseason losing to an underdog HC Smile. Ghoul start the season off with 4 games they could easily win if they are at their best. Losing too many points in those 4 games, could lead to trouble for remainder of the season.
